Lately our computer was running extremely slow. I called iand the same day Brian came to our home and cleaned up the computer. He was dressed quite professionally, was extremely polite, and went right to work. I felt that he knew what he was doing and he explained things in a simple direct way. The price was reasonable and I would definitely call on him again.

On my second visit to RCS I meet the owner Ron. After showing them my work order stating my laptop needed some cosmetic repair I pointed out the main wire that was pinched in the case by their technician who serviced it. I brought them a working $2,100.00 computer for them to break it and make it inoperatable. As the owner reminded me that I signed a release statement freeing them of any liability for further loss of data or damage I was told, and I quote, "you can take your zero dollar paying self and get out of my store"! This statement came from Ron the store owner, his claim of 10 years exceptional customer service is completely false he obviously does not care about quality service. So much for a company who offers a free estimate only if you pay them to fix your computer. Do not trust this business and make sure you get a reciept because like they told me you won't get one unless you ask for one.

A while back they helped get all of my desired data off a bad HD onto a CD for a fair price. Geek squad wanted a ton of money just to look at my HD. These guys are good...

They have been in Keizer for almost 9 years, and everytime I have taken my computer to them, they have been quick and courteous and I have never had any problems with the work they have done. The last time my computer was so infected with viruses I thought I was going to lose everything, and not only did they remove the viruses without losing any data, but my computer was twice as fast as it had ever been!

I wanted to give credit where credit is due! FAST: The technicians at Reliable are pretty fast on their turn around time for computer repair. (Their turn around time is crazy fast!) I've had my computer fixed by a lot of places, and 2 weeks is usually fast for the big box places. I guess Reliable has so many technicians they got my computer back up and running in about 24hrs!FREINDLY: There were several people there that greeted me and listened while I explained what my problem was. DETAILED: They wrote it all down in there little computer, popped out a lable to put on my computer (I guess to make sure I get the same computer back *darn*) and explained the process and told me it would be 24-48hrs. They called later in the day to explain what was wrong and wanted to know if I wanted to move forward with the fix and how much it would cost (I said yes!)RELIABLE: Later that same day they called and said it was done and I could pick it up anytime before 6pm...
