This company is dishonest. The quoted repairs they did not do and did not inform us or get our permission to do different repairs. They did not return our calls when we tried to follow up. Don't take your car here.

This body shop had the BEST customer service and they even offered a loaner car. My car was fixed fast and I was impressed with the results. THANK YOU GRANNOS!!!!!

DO NOT GO TO GRANNOS if you are female because they will take an advantage of you. they took advantage of my friend lied and said they fixed things they did not fixed and they refused to give her her money back once it was brought to their attention.
