Worst employment agency in the state of Oregon I believe. The staff will lead you on, never call back when they say they will, and will get annoyed when you follow up with them after an interview with a potential employer. I know of a few people who have had this same experience as I have had. Not sure if the employees are temps themselves but they sure don't act like they want to do what they are getting paid to do.
