been training martial arts for many years, this is by far best run program ive seen especially for children. 1500 year old art tested over time ! some people dont realize that MMA is not for chidren and also is not for self defense it is for sport fighting,there is no ground and pround in the real world.but trere are real criminals looking to harm you .my children with stay with this system that will actually taech real self defense versus other made up martial arts without the proven history of shoalin kung fu!!! engage brain before opening mouth!

Clean facility. Comfortable waiting room for parents. But lacking the little extras to make this a real competitive facility. We found there were too many price tags attached to everything that went along with joining this studio. They wanted you to buy everything from them. The competitive structure only allowed the athletes to compete against other SD Shaolin Studios in New England. The instructor was very friendly but there was a lot of fun and games taking place during the classes rather than actual instructions. Never knew dodgeball was a martial art or the use of Nerf Guns were required to get your black belt. We took our two kids over to Martial Arts Principle in Keene and are much happier with the results.
