If you desire a fair appraisal, don't look here. If you want a quick photo opt, this is the place to come. If you wish all of your property to be included in the appraisal, this is not the place to come. In short, I've never had an appraisal that only included parts of the property. My impression of Paquette's service is that they are in this for a quick dollar for the least amount of time spent .By not setting foot on parts of my property they could not possibly put a value to it,which showed in the bottom figure. An appraisal should be a complete inspection of a property, not a photo opt to be later used as a filler to justify a $400.00 plus cost for a 15-20 minute run through. My experience was not a positive one and i could never recommend Paquette to anyone.
