      I called them concerning fleas (they were everywhere, which is surprising since our cats are indoor cats only!). I got a call right back. I called on a Wednesday, got a call on Thursday and they were out at my house on Monday (at my request since Mondays is one of my day's off). They showed up on time and were very friendly and informative. I left my house in their hands, they locked up the house when done and after three weeks, the fleas are diminishing. No, it is not a quick fix and fleas multiply faster than the proverbial rabbits! However, this kills the adult, the the hatching and more importantly makes the fleas that are there and the ones hatching incapable of producing more fleas (a flea birth control, if you will). Very happy with the service, price and friendliness of Keene Pest Control. I will definitely be calling them again. Oh, I almost forgot! They are not like Terminex with the contractual indefinite returns for tons of money. Highly recommend these people!!
