I too had a terribly bad experience with this company, after confirming a time they came when I wasn't home, charged a high price and made the door worse. That was last year. I finally hired Champion Door. They came as scheduled, were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My door no longer lets in the weather, light and dirt (and snow all winter), no longer rattles and moves from the wind. It was adjusted to seal tightly both top an bottom and does not have play. Try a professional that knows their job- You Will NOT find this at Keene Door who feels free to charge liberally for nothing.

I had made an appointment with Keen Door and given a date and time that was the following week. I was told that on the day of the appt., the tech would call me in the am and tell me what time he would be here. Instead I got a call from their office and was told that I would not see the tech until at least 3:30 as he had two "installs" which I guess took priority over my appt. If I was told the truth when I made the appointment I would not have rearranged my schedule to be here . I just called the office and was asked ,,"like it was a surprise" you didn't hear from our tech yet today? My answer was no and I am cancelling this appointment right now, I'm tired of waiting, I will contact a reputable company to do my work.

Technician arrivied on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Repaired old remote which wasn't actually part of the job at no additional charge. Remains to be seen how the new garage door opener works and lasts. The old replaced unit was 40+ years old. Tech said unfortunately the new one would probably not last that long.
