      Car broken into on their lot; they had no regard or obligation for my losses my responsibility $470

      While dining my car window was smashed and my wintercoat was stolen. Told the owner; "sorry" was all he said. Did not call Police or offer any assistance or restitution for my losses (after Paying $129 for our dinner). Blatant disregard for his patrons who support his business. There were no signs posted to indicate that we were at risk in his lot.
