      They screwed up my policy and it cost me thousands in losses, then lied about it. When I proved it, they told me it was my fault for not making sure they did it right! When I complained to Allstate they told me they were under no obligation to comply with promises made by agents or employees. You should avoid Allstate, and especially this Agent.
