I absolutely regret ever doing business with them. The owner is rude and disrespectful and instead of trying to make up for getting my order completely wrong she started yelling at me and blaming it on everyone else. With so many nice and friendly florists in Kearny, why order from them? I don't recommend it at all.

I absolutely regret ever doing business with them. My husband had ordered flowers and a big teddy bear. They only delivered the flowers and didn't explain they didn't have bears or say anything at the time of delivery or at the time the order was placed. Then after a lot of complaining they delivered a small teddy bear and some leftover halloween candy. When I went into the shop to speak to the owner she was rude and disrespectful and instead of trying to make up for getting my order completely wrong she started yelling at me and blaming it on everyone else. I was so disappointed with Lee's service! :( Not only were the prices they listed on their website NOT accurate, but the quality of their workmanship left much to be desired. The corsage and boutonniere I picked up for prom were much smaller than expected and twice as expensive as listed. AND both fell apart in a couple of hours!! All that was left was the ribbon. Again, I have not intention of returning there and would advise anyone to think twice before ordering anything from a picture.
