This place damage my car during towing and is doesn't want to take responsibility for the damage done to my car

My husband's car flooded on a backroad in Kearny during a bad rainstorm. We have AAA but bc it wasnt on a highway during the storm, they wouldnt come. A local police officer called Consolidated Recovery to tow my husband. Due to his line of work, he had items in the car to pass the time, like dvds, an ipod dock, and etc. When he went to pick up the car, all of the items were gone! They told him the driver put the items in the safe for "safe keeping" until he came to get the car. I called for two weeks straight to try and get in touch with the driver, as he had an "iffy" schedule. Everyone including the owner of the business gave me the run-around. I finally sued them and won. Now i am going thru the county court officer bc they are refusing to pay my money. If your car is reposessed, fine. You didnt pay your bills so you don't deserve the car. But, if you call them for a tow, BEWARE! THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!!!
