I live in the area and Panhandle Plumbing was the best price at the time. His business card says "GET IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. All I needed done was a simple sink hookup and the plumbing in the wall re- routed After Donald Wright and his son came out to give me an estimate I told them I would like them to do the work. I didn't hear from them for two weeks, when I called he said they were busy but would come out next week. The next week they came out and hooked up the new sink and re-routed the plumbing in the wall. The next morning I had water leaking through my ceiling and behind my cabinets. I called him and he came out and told me that it wasn't his plumbing it was the plumbing in the wall. After checking in the wall he did admit it was his plumbing that was leaking and said that he would come back tomorrow and repair it. It took two days to get my water back on because he wanted to get a part that they didn't have at Lowe's. I told him that he needed to fix the water damage in my ceiling and he finally said that he had a buddy that did drywall and would get him to fix it. I told him I wanted someone that was licenced and insured. The repair ended up being around $200. I called him with the bill and he said to send it to him and he would pay it. It's been three months now, he won't return my calls or pick up his phone. He doesn't have a licence or insurance ...learn from my mistakes and don't get anything done from PANHANDLE PLUMBING spend a little extra and get a professional.
