Called Norm's after our original plumber fell through. Was shocked when I opened our bill and they had charged us $845 in labor for 6 hours of work. We called to discuss our bill and he was not professional and told us to call another plumber to prove his price was fair, we did and actually had one come to our house and give us a bid. The other plumber's bid was $400 less!! Way over priced and rude!
