I signed up my 5 year old child for the Lil' Dragons program a year ago and the changes that have taken place in his world are incredible. Now my whole family participates and we are having a riot! I have lost 40 lbs and am in the best shape I have been in since high school. I have a beautiful daughter that is short of getting her black belt. She was very shy and withdrawn when she started and her grades were not good. Now she teaches part of the classes and is on the honor roll.
