I took my ring here to get resized and it came back bent! The lady at the store wouldn't tell me which goldsmith they use, I want to take it elsewhere to be fixed. She didn't even apoligize for the condition my ring came back in. Very poor customer service. I think I have a right to know who messed up my ring.

I went to Richard's for over 5 years now. He helped me pick out the perfect diamond for my Wife's wedding ring. I now go to him for all my jewelry needs along with the rest of my family.
