Provided by YP.comNot only does DJ's Graphics have a corner on the market of graphic design service in Kaufman, TX. Their mark up is obscene. It took 6 weeks to contact the establishment (ran into owner in parking lot, was informed that it was Christmas and could not/would not do business until after the holidays. well dugh), would not answer phone or return messages at all in all the weeks of trying to make request up to the holidays. Then finally, I had the opportunity - the correct time, and project product in hand that I wanted, went to location and spoke directly with the owner. I told her what I was doing, what my future projection was, what my hopeful intention was, and my mission. She quoted me a piece price that I thought was reasonable, I offered to pay in full up front which she gladly accepted. She promptly took my money, handed me a receipt and then informed me that she would not perform services for me again. I was floored and asked why; she said that she did not realize I was going to use (twelve bags mind you) items for retail purposes. I reminded her that I was extremely clear in my intent from the very first sentence of our conversation. She again said she was under the wrong impression. I then stated that I did not want her to go against some personsonel sense of morality on her part and give me my money back. She declined and said she would do me this one favor and that would be all. I wanted my bags done and besides going to Terrell, there is no other option. Well it took a week to get the bags back (no big) she said it would be Friday, it was Saturday, she called and said she was closing early because she was sick could I come now. I dropped everything went to Kaufman, I was excited. She handed over the bags, on 6 bags paw prints were in another direction then I had outlined but looked good, the wording also looked good but was completely different from what she originally showed me. The one I ordered had a double border around it I paid 10.00 (x6 mind you) each for this one word that looked like a marquee because I liked it. I reminded her that I remarked on the border at the time of order. She said that that was just a paper that she showed me, I said no it was the jewel studs on Mylar that she showed me, she when to the back and came out with another sheet of Mylar, I then informed her that that was not what she originally showed me. She said that was all she had. I left; she already took my money so screw me. People like this, with too much business to handle inspire me to great things. I went home got on line, discovered that (like I thought) its not rocket science at all to press, lift, rub and peel. I will be doing my own designs from now on and absolutely no one will know where I got the original 12 bags. As far as I am concerned, I found them in the street.
