I really like dr. Crovoses. However, I am now been driven out by their office staff. The front desk never pick up the call the first time I made and frequently asked me to hold for indefinite time. I had to hang up and call back to get their attention and very often was sent to a voice mail box which says " please leave a message"There was no way to tell if that is a legitimate voice mail box. I left at least 3 messages and received no call back. I have also left messages to the nurse voice mail box, no luck either. They also never call me to let me know the test results and was very rude once when I requested to have a copy of my test results. My time is as valuable as anybody else' and deserved to be treated fairly. I am extremely disappointed with this office and willing to spend time to write this. No way I will come back again.
