I went there today and everyone was so nice! It almost felt like they visited me at home. I feel like I can trust them completely! I did not have to wait. The staff and the doctor were all friendly and professional at the same time!!

I went to this location with hopes that they could assist about my current foot pain as I was wheeled I'm by a really nice NA I was immediately brought to the back for observation. I was seen by a DR that basically tells me that oh you must have sprain your foot while probing me about my current living situation. Then I was told that I could been assisted if I didn't have immediate payment assurance outside of medicaid which is not accepted because I'm not a emergency candidate. Overall a waste of time and energy I guess you should money or of a high class to go here.

had a fast and speedy visit... great er would go back if i need to!! no wait and there was an actual doctor there to treat me for my chest pain

much better than first choice er- the staff was very unpleasant and rather rude plus i go hit with a large er bill! came to Sphier 2 days ago and was beyond thrilled with the doctors and attention i was given! thanks Sphier for being there for my dad when we needed you!- katherine klineski

Nothing icky about this place! was very clean and did not have to wait at all!! 1st ER ive been to where there was no wait.. will be returning

SUCH A WONDERFUL ER!!!! i can not being to tell you how much i was pleased with Sphier Emergency Room.. i came in last night with a bad food allergy and was seen in 2 minuets and the dr and the staff were very nice and prompt to service me! i had gone to the new First Choice down the road from them for my daughters high fever and was very displeased with their service! staff was rude and felt like i was in a clinic! would reccomend Sphier ER to all my friends and family in katy- laura l

What a scam this place is. 2 minute Doc consultation. { and I use that word loosely. 1 xray and the wrong finger splint applied. $ 1200. in and out 10 minutes. do not go there.

came here the other night and looks like they changed their name to Sphier Emergency Room- same great medical attention and staff.. name changed seemed to be the only change i noticed still really love this ER!!- jennifer j.
