Poor management too many children in classroom and my 2year old keeps getting hurt or neglected.

This is not the place to take your kids. The director of the center is curt and rude. It's as though she is unconcerned with making money for the center. Customer service is important in every field and child care is no exception. In fact, child care might be even more important because parents are entrusting their children to you! The center isn't very old, but it's dirty and smells like day care. I've taken my kids to several centers that do not have the "day care" stink but this one does. I could perhaps overlook the smell, but the rudeness of the center director is unacceptable. I was really considering this place until I actually went in for a tour. I do not recommend it to anyone!

I would quit my job to watch my kids before I brought them here!! The Director Christine needs a MAJOR attitude adjustment. In addition to being very snappy and rude in person she had the nerve to call me and say word for word "Listen here you DUMB F#CK" on the phone. I did absolutely NOTHING to deserve to be talked to like that. IF I had not been at work at the time I wouldn't have just hung up TRUST ME but unlike her I have ethics while working. Maybe she likes to belittle people to make herself feel superior, not sure. But if she wants to call someone a "dumb f~ck" she needs to first realize she babysits 5 year olds for a living, so calm down Cruella Deville, that's not very impressive. Anyways, this director is a pretentious C#NT that feels because she bosses around little kids and they're intimidated by her that she can treat everyone else the same way.
