My water heater broke and started leaking on a Sunday when most places were closed, but when I called I was promptly connected with someone who took care of dispatch came by within 30 minutes of me calling to shut the water off and assess the damage until the plumber could arrive. When Jeffrey came to fix everything he thoroughly explained the best course of action and answered all of my questions very well in addition to doing a great job on repairs and replacement.
