The owner is a very rude person that at first acts nice but he really is not at all. Even though the cost of their work is cheap their work is very cheap too, so you will need to pay more to fix their mess.

First, the owner is very disrespectful to women and very rude to his customers. I have been calling this company for two weeks because I do not have hot water on an installation they did 6 months ago, and the owner came today after telling him that I was going to file a complaint on BBB. and he told me that he cannot do anything about it because I need to pay even though they offer a 1 year warranty on installation which is a lie.

I have been calling for 2 weeks because I had not hot water and the owner came today to my house and did not fix anything, neither check what was the problem. I am very unhappy with this company.
