They did a great job. They were clear on costs. They showed up when they said they would. When the new boiler developed a perplexing problem (not their fault) they stayed on it until it was properly fixed, assuring me they would keep working on it until it ran properly. Once they figured out the problem (I think it was a faulty igniter) we have had a warm house during this bitterly cold winter. The greatest thing I could say about them is, I recommended Hot Water & Water Heaters Katy .
