They were all nice when obtaining my credit card via phone for my son to join and told me all I would have to do is call and.cancel with a 30 day notice.
Now months later when I place that call, all I get is a rude tone and attitude from some young kid telling me I have to come in person Monday through Friday or send a certified letter.

Man, talk about terrible customer service. Overcharged me and wouldn't even stay on the phone to help me out, just hung up. Then, lost my cancellation form and charged me for 4 months worth of gym membership that I didn't use. EVEN THOUGH I called LATER THAT DAY to confirm that my account has been cancelled. I have several witnesses that recall me coming in that day to cancel but apparently it didn't happen. Terrible gym service, charged me even after I cancelled, and some of the equipments are still sticky. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I have only been a member for about 6 months, but what I like the most is the time of day I go to workout it's not so crowded, there's never a long wait for the equipment, the staff is friendly and helpful with any questions I have. The equipment gets wiped down frequently also, which is really nice.
