Reza Sanjar enrolled in Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2005, and the very first person he met on campus was TJ Sahota. Together, Reza and TJ formed a tight-knit group of friends that have gone on to become dental specialists around the country and all remain extremely close today. Graduating from BU in 2009, Dr. Sanjar worked as an associate for one year before convincing TJ Sahota to move to Houston and become his partner at West Houston Dentistry. The two dentists immediately began looking throughout the greater Houston area for the perfect location to build a family practice together. Dr. Sanjar and Dr. Sahota had always dreamed of creating a dental office where they could combine high-tech, state of the art dental technology with high-touch, personalized comfort and service to every one of their patients. After almost 2 years of searching, the two dentists finally realized their dream: They opened Dental Art in Katy, TX in spring 2013. Both are more than happy to be your Katy TX dentist and humbly welcome you to their professional dental office! From a very early age, Reza Sanjar was fascinated by how the brain works and the impact that cosmetic changes can have on a person’s psyche. Growing up, he says, he was obsessed with extreme makeovers and loved before and after photos and stories of transformation. He, and everyone else, thought he might become a plastic surgeon or a psychiatrist. With cosmetic dentistry, he has found his passion for both.
