This visit was my first and last. As many others have stated, the stylist talked too much, helped others and left me sitting for long periods of time. The color she did for me was very good, but four hours is too long to be waiting when others were being helped as I sat and they were finished earlier than I, Especially since I was there first. Then, as we checked out the pricing was changed and it cost me an extra $50. All I can say is I will not be back.

I bought a $185 gift certificate for my sister for her birthday. It was suppose to be emailed to her. She recently moved from the Houston area and I checked to see how her spa day went. She never received the gift certificate. I felt so bad since it was her birthday present. I called the spa and spoke with the owner. He said that had a no refund policy and there was nothing he could do. Now, he is the owner, and he could do the right thing, but refused to do so. He could also tell that the gift certificate had never been used. He was completely unwilling to do the right thing and refund the cost of the certificate which she will now never be able to use. HORRIBLE, non-existent customer service.

I agree with the previous reviewer - Joy gives the best massage I've ever received!!! I wish she worked there more!! Next time I see her, I'll have two questions for her:

1)Where else do you work?

2)Will you marry me?



There is nothing more I'd like than to have an intelligent, beautiful woman at home whose hands are a gift from God!! Look out Joy, I'm coming for you!

the owners of this place were the rudest people i have ever met! Now i know why this place is always empty! Not only will i NEVER go back but other businesses will not do business with them any more due to the owners' rudeness. Also come to find out some friends had horrible experiences too! Don't go there unless you want rude customer service!

im new to the katy area so i decided to check this place out. They have good prices and its very luxurious!!! i suggest anyone who likes to be relaxed and pamperd to try this place out!!! & the best thing about it is they have online booking!!!
