Provided by YP.comI was very lucky to have found Allstate Roofing and Construction. Chris Rydlak was trustworthy, dependable, and very easy to work with. After review of our home, he asked me for the opportunity to have 1 more attempt at working our insurance company. with in 2 weeks he convinced the insurance company review the claim one more time. Chris was present during the whole process and by and of the day, I had an approved claim for new roof and gutters. I my opinion it took reputable, higlhy-knowledgeable, and experienced person like Chris Rydlak and Allstate Roofing and Construction to overcome all of the adjuster's objections.
I will highly recommend Chris Rydlak and Allstate Roofing and Construction to all my friends and family.

This company tried to use scare tactics with us. All we wanted was an estimate to get a new roof from damage from May 2015 flood and storm. Would not give us an estimate unless he could see our insurance claim paperwork. We were told by our agent we did not have to show him anything. He tried to accuse us of insurance fraud and tried to indicate cracks in a few walls were from storm. These cracks had been there for some time and from foundation settling and I told him so. He towered over us while we were seated and lectured us. Very uncomfortable with this person/owner. We received a previous estimate from a reputable company and they were very nice and accommodating. I would NOT recommend Allstate Roofing. Allstate Roofing is not affiliated with Allstate Insurance.

This company seems to prolong paying its workers. The company often creates reasons to withhold payment in spite of work being completed and the company being paid. One former worker is having to involve Texas Workforce to get paid. This leaves home owners exposed to liens and other legal issues and creates hardship for working people who serve this company. Any company that does not take care of its workers and pay them promptly is not one that does good business. Two workers in particular are a veteran who is disabled and one of his family members who are struggling financially and have completed their jobs and are not being paid.
