Went in to have my son looked at, found out he was flat footed. They told me I need shoe inserts which I bought for $48 at the office. Get my insurance statement about the visit which I always check because I don't trust insurance or doctors. Sure enough insurance paid them for the inserts. I had to go out of my way to call both insurance to verify and the doctor to get a refund. I bet they do this a lot make sure you check your statements. Plus they had to know it was covered why do they take all my insurance info and run it before I can even be seen!
