My mind, body and soul feels relaxed and energized after each class of Restorative Yoga with Jennifer. Jennifer's lighthearted approach, and ability to adjust each pose to individual needs with props, choices, and guidance makes this class doable for all ages. Been taking this class for approximately two years, and I highly recommend it.
