These people honest and professional. Here is what I posted on my FB: A few weeks ago we decided we should have our septic tank cleaned out since it was way past the recommended time. So we saw this nice billboard on Russell Pwy, got the number, and googled a couple of other septic tank companies. Said company with the nice fancy billboard had the lowest price and "gives veteran's and senior discount" so we scheduled them to come out. They did come with a nicely decorated septic tank truck and another truck pulling their little tractor to dig up the tank. Very nice and friendly. Then the guy who I guess was the crew boss explained all this stuff we needed and the estimate was well over $1,200, about 4-5 times the over the phone quote. We said to give some time to talk this over. I called the 2 other companies I had called earlier. I told them what we were told that needed to be done and both gave price for IF all this stuff was needed. One said "You do not need to tell me who gave you that quote." Both said one of the things that this company said we should get was not even needed or recommended by the state. So I called out to my FB friends (that be y'all) asking for recommendations. I got a few. One person told about the $2700 estimate she got and who she ended up using instead. Found out the company that gave her that quote was the same one we got the $1,200 quote. A couple of people recommended Crocker Septic Service. They are out of Kathleen. I called and told them what I needed and what I was told I needed. "You do not even need to tell me who told you that!" he started out. He gave a price. No add ons no surprises. He said he was about 2 weeks out if it wasn't an emergency which it wasn't. Dwayne and his crew just finished. They did what they said and did a great job. Their tank truck doesn't have a fancy paint job but to us honestly and integrity go a long way and Crocker Septic Service is it.
