I'm very disappointed with this organization, regarding accepting donations. I had a scheduled pick up time for them to take a couch for donation. Due to health issues, I had to make special arrangements to have someone remove this item from my home. The couch was at my curb the night prior to the scheduled pick up. When the item had not been picked up by 3:00pm on the scheduled pick up day I called and was advised that their trucks were in and that they must have missed picking up my item or else their trucks were full. I spoke to several individuals in there management team. The first one told me that they did not pick up couches. I asked why they accepted my couch as a pick up item when I called and scheduled to donation. The next manager told me they take couches but that they were having computer problems and that they were having to schedule pick ups manually. Then he proceeds to tell me I was not on the list. Long story short, they dropped the ball and I have no way to get this couch back into my residence and it is sitting in my front yard. If I had known that they were not reliable and did not seem to know what they were doing, I would have made my donation to another organization.
