I would have to say it's changed a little bit since the new resturant in river side has opened. The bartender on monday nights really needs some more experience on the top shelf , and gold margaritas they were not too great. The food is excellent , the fish tacos are amazing.. There is a server we have had a few times we've been in i think his name is nick a short dude. However he is very polite and pretty snappy when it comes to service.

This place is a dream come true, literally. The owner always wanted to have a little restaurant with a bar where he could entertain friends and other customers, and Tortilla Flats is the result. They still allow smoking (at last check), but the ventilation is very good (and I hate cigarette smoke). The food is great, a cross between Mexican and Americanized Mexican. It's a friendly place, and the staff will do whatever they can to be sure you have a great dining experience.
