      This place is a dream come true, literally. The owner always wanted to have a little restaurant with a bar where he could entertain friends and other customers, and Tortilla Flats is the result. They still allow smoking (at last check), but the ventilation is very good (and I hate cigarette smoke). The food is great, a cross between Mexican and Americanized Mexican. It's a friendly place, and the staff will do whatever they can to be sure you have a great dining experience.
