I left an expensive knife in the truck while it was getting detailed and when i picked up the truck, the knife was gone. When I brought it to the the owner's attention, he told me that I was told not to leave any valuables in the vehicle (I was not told this initially). The owner's response seemed to give the impression that this was acceptable of his employees and was told there was nothing he would do. The detail job was less than satisfactory - the wash job left streaks, there was still crums under the seat and the car smelled like dog shampoo (I opted for a new car scent which was NOT what it smelled like when they were done). I would not take another vehicle to them
