The Ellison is infested with bed bugs! If this website allowed for pictures, I would upload them. The current property manager has 3 awards for the last 3 years for record breaking saving the company money at the expense of the residents. The "free" laundry comes with strings attached. The Ellison has had the same dryers for over 12 years. They no longer provide the temperature necessary to kill bed bugs. The bugs are hoping out of the luke warm dryers. People here are suffering. Management had an exterminator come to have "seminar" about bed bugs. He mentioned Rent - A - Center has bed bugs and hotels, the buses, and even in your car. He stated that this building is 99.9% bed bug free but later stated that the property manager is really good about calling them when they have an infestation. He also stated that he had to do more research about bed bugs after being in the business an "alleged" 21 years. I'm telling you right now, if you want to wash everything you own and live a nightmare. Move to the Ellison. I dare you. You will be more than sorry. Hear this warning!

Beautiful apartments...very up to date...gorgeus public lounges...low utilities...however, staff can be intrusive...popping in and out...if you sleep duringthe day let them know...extremely helpful handymen....managers? Well they come and go...you can get great ones....or some times "MataHari"..pure evil.....I would give it 5 stars if management was stable...but its not. Its a roll of the dice, but..they only seem to last a year...
