disappointing. They were extremely unprofessional in their communications, barely bothering to speak in complete sentences to the point of intelligible in emails. Over the phone they were even worse-- rude, snippy, dismissive, even hanging up on a potential customer. In the course of my experience, I found them untrustworthy as they repeatedly changed the terms of the agreement, and ultimately were impossible to do business with. I would definitely not recommend this printer.
