Their business is 50/50 residential and commercial. They want to target both residential and commercial business. Junk Removal Garage clean outs: they can come and clean out the entire garage, or if the customer has a pile of stuff they want hauled away, they'll just pick up the pile. Property clean-up: Offer complete house clean-up, trash clean-up, will pull up carpet and padding. They do not offer wall scrub downs, power washing, or deep cleaning. They will do a sweep out if need be. Garbage, trash, waste hauling. Trash/garbage pick up. Goes to the dump/they take it away. Are able to haul away appliances, furniture, anything that you don't want anymore (no cars). Residential Can haul stuff to Goodwill or other assorted charity businesses. Usually if it's requested/in the order to donate it, they will take it wherever is closest. Commercial They work with home builders who are looking to haul away construction debris clean up, also work with the Housing Authority of Kansas City on renovation construction clean up, haul away bulk items- furniture, couches, mattresses, etc. Will work outside the premises for a haul away or inside for a clean up.
