We have worked with Gary before, had a good experience. Went back and went the same way!
I am always made to feel welcomed and the services performed are explain to me in terms I can understand. This time, I was also told I will need new tires - probably during my next service. I really appreciate this advanced notice, so I can budget for this expense.

Great. Super fast and easy to deal with
Kirk assisted me with a tire issue. I called, he checked with the warranty company, checked the stock and advised I could come right in. He met me as soon as I entered the service bay, took a picture of the tire, sent it on to the warranty company and within minutes advised it was covered. He advised there were 4 tire services ahead of me. I waited and within two hours I was on my way home with a new safe tire at no cost to me. He went the extra mile to obtain pre-authorization, check inventory and to submit the claim for me. He has helped with service in the past. Kirk and my salesman Keith are the reasons I will always buy from Rob Sight Ford and recommend it to others.
