This business is a favorite of mine because I dealt with Rick Rangel and found him to be a very knowledgeable, easy going, and personable man. Of course this was about 15 years ago and I have been retired from Hallmark Cards, Inc. since 1999! No telling what kind of trouble he has been in since I haven't been there as a guide for him! Ha!
