Well we're like that...Whether you are personally on the mend, or you need help for a loved one, Premier Custom Care is here to provide in-home care. We offer non-medicall support and services to enable independent living. We are a great option for individuals who want to reside in the comfort of their own home, but need some extra assistance. We provide everything from running errands to personal grooming to mobility assistance, home making services and companionship. These support services can be used on a permanent or as needed basis.

We offer a four-step approach to determine the customized care plan. First we perform a free in-home consultation providing an evaluation of the client's surroundings and needs. Next, we make a plan of care designed with the client and/or family. Then we properly match the caregiver or team to fulfill the client's plan. Finally, we continuously manage the client's case; assuring our client is happy and receiving excellent care, and allowing the client and/or family to know when the level of care needs alteration. Our care providers are dedicated to providing great care and pride themselves on being advocates for clients. They are highly trained and selected after a meticulous interview process with national background checks, drug screening, driving record checks, and personal and professional references. (All care givers are employees of Premier Custom Care, LLC and are bonded and insured).
