I rented a brush hog for a bobcat for one day, the blades were so badly worn that I took the time to sharpen them, unfortunatly, we broke one of the blades. contacted Plattte Rental, they ordered new ones. Three days later I went over and picked them up and put them on the machine. I then rented it for another 4 days for a weekly rate. I was billed for the weekly rental of $ 649.90, which included a damage waiver of $55.50. Then while doing my taxes in March of 2018, I noticed a charge for $245.48. I called Platte Rental , they said the damage waiver doesn't cover the blades! What is the damage waiver for? I was charged the  of three blades when only one was broken. Everyone beware of added charges on your credit card from Platte Rental. I will not rent there again!

I rent U-Haul equip from time to time from the and have never had a problem. Always very professional and courteous as well as helpful.

the folks at PRS were top notch. they aided me thru my entire project. they gave me the advice i needed, the equipment and great service which is hard to find in most business today. the facility itself is even great. i have been to other rental stores in town and nothing even compares to their showroom and quality equip. I strongly recomend PRS for any rental need

Very shady business ethics! Charges double rates after he tells you to bring it back anytime the next day and then says...oh well I meant 24 hrs, you should know that. Trailer was junk, complete joke of an establishment.
