He was very effective , Im writing the review on the computer he fixed. I had a new computer with a distorying virus, computer works just like its right out the box , fast smooth and doing good. Thanks ! I even told my mom to call because you were amazing !
I was in a jam and needed help fast. I called PC Solutions. They sent someone to my home/business, where he diagnosed my problem on the spot and determined that my hard drive was bad. He took my computer w/him and recovered all my data, then replaced my bad hard drive w/ a new one. He transferred all my data back on to my new hard drive, and installed an updated version of my OS software. He then returned my "new" computer and hooked everything back up the way it was. I got all this done within just a few hours and at a cost of only $150 (less the actual cost of the new hard drive from Best Buy). These guys are AWESOME....and highly recommended!
