Frederick Manufacturing Corporation is a division of Blount International and one of the world's top five manufacturers of after-market lawn mower blades and related products. It supplies Oregon-brand accessories for lawnmowers and other outdoor products. Its products include lawn mower replacement parts and grass bags and were formerly branded under the 'Silver Streak' line of aftermarket products. The company, located in Kansas City, Mo., was acquired by Blount in 1997. Blount is a diverse industrial company consisting of three business segments: The Outdoor Products Group, the Industrial and Power Equipment Group, and the Lawnmower Group. These segments operate worldwide and manufacture and distribute products in over 100 countries throughout the world.
