It's plain awful when you have a Family Advocate (sort of like a case worker) assigned to you and your children who does everything in her power not to assist you. It's like being backed into a corner and the person to assist you looks the other way while you needlessly struggle! The daycare would be so much more helpful if the Family Advocates did not have so much power to unfairly help parents they are friends with while deserting other parents and children who desperately need the assistance.
