My pets have been going to Dr. Deam since before she opened BAC. Dr. Deam is a great doctor and cares greatly about the welfare of your animal. She is always open to listen to what I have to say. My dogs also go to BAC for their grooming and they love going to see June. Wonderful staff and location. Hugs from Kacee and Cocoa to all the staff!!!

When I adopted a 2 month old kitten with only one eye I knew he would have potential problems. That didn't prepare me for everything we had to go through, including performing another surgery to fix the original and botched job. Dr. Deam was very good about never giving up even when multiple problems arose. She kept working for my kittens life and now he is a happy and healthy 1 year old! She has saved many of my other animals too, I highly recommend her to anyone who has a pet, she will treat them wonderfully just like she has mine. The whole staff at Boardwalk is great, I would never go anywhere else!

My animals have been going to Dr. Billie Deam for over 20 years. She is the only vet I would trust with my animals. She is very caring and honest in what is in the best interest of the animal. For the person who wrote the negative comment regarding Dr. Deam: Knowing her as well as I do...if she "talked down to you" you probably deserved it as her main concern is the welfare of the pet and you must have done something to make her believe that your main concern was not the welfare of your pet!!!! OUTSTANDING VET AND CLINIC!!!!!

If you want a vet that has the utmost concern for your pet's well being, then Dr. Deam is the vet for you. Her first concern is for the care and treatment of the animal. She is clear and concise and doesn't pull any punches with the owners. Treatment options are lined out along with clear estimates. If she feels you need the specialty clinic she is willing to send you there. Like I said, she wants what is best for your pet. My dog has special needs and Dr.Deam and her staff take care of those needs.

Being an animal lover all my life, I also get the vet bills that come with owning my animals and that means meeting a variety of vets. Most vets these days seem to treat the client instead of the animal. This is what I like about Dr. Deam. She is going to do the best for the animal, make it better, or tell you when a specialist is needed. She puts the animal first above pacifying a client or trying to cover her own ego. Would you like a vet who is going to do her best? I think if you love your pet you will take it to Dr. Deam. She will treat your pet with love that she would give her own.

Whereas I know I am NOT a vet, I am not completely ignorant of when my pet has an issue either. It was rather unpleasant to be spoken down to by the vet, Billie Deam. I would say the care my pet received was inadequate. The office staff's friendly, caring attitude does not make up for a close minded vet.

I started bring all of my pets here after my old vet became hard to work with after one of my animals become very ill. Truely great people who care about animals and do a GREAT job!!!!

I've only been to this vet a handful of times (thankfully), but the experience is always pleasant and the people working there truly love their animals! It's the only vet I go to now.
