I used them back in 2009 and it was a really great experience! What happened?

Worst moving experience of my life. Refused to place furniture in place, boxes missing, stole cash from my billfold. There is NO ONE to call to complain. And if you do, you're told to complete a claim form. They'll get back to you. Do NOT use these people. You will be sadly disappointed.

I moved on June 28,2008. My leather couch was damaged as well as my chaise lounge. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received (the old run around) and the claim process to reimburse for damaged furniture. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone.
