      I've been going to Metal by the foot since the early 1990's and their service has always been great, For me there is no other place for metal or aluminum.

      These days it is hard to find a company that provides exemplary service. In this, MBTF exceeds all expectations. They are friendly, prompt and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone needing small amounts of ferrous or aluminum metal goods, plus they have a good selection of fasteners and metalworking supplies. - Ted Seybold, AA Quick Disposal-

      Metal by the Foot, Inc is a Kansas City Mo. based, family run company, enjoying more than 21 years in business. We started in 1985, and are still located in downtown KC, at 3600 East Truman Road. We are a small and large quantity metals distributor, with over 750, 000# of on hand inventory, not including our showroom hardware items, and tools. We specialize in steel, aluminum, brass, and stainless standard shapes and sizes, as well as quality metal related tools and hardware. Everything you might need to complete a project. Our facility is made up of 31, 000 sq ft of warehouse, 4, 000 sq ft of showroom, and 4, 000 sq ft of office. The huge amount of inventory we stock includes, but is not limited to, flat, round, hex and square solid bars. Tubing in round, square, and rectangular. Sheets and plates in smooth, tread design, and expanded. Angles, channels, seamless tubing, and 4130 alloy tubing. Showroom inventory includes, ornamental iron pieces, casters, wheels, tools, safety equipment, welding supplies, cutting fluids, drill bits, taps & dies, and one of the largest selections of fasteners in Kansas City. At Metal by the Foot we specalize in "Right Now" metal sales. So in order to process these orders, we have a large array of cutting equipment to handle any of the material we sell.
