LP's has been taking care of my cars for 15 years now, friendly people, always excellent service and reasonable prices. I recommend them to others whenever I can.

If I could give more stars I would! As a female my dad made sure I knew enough about cars not to get screwed around by mechanics (THANKS DADDY!). I have gotten the run around at many many other places, but never here. They listen to me when I state the issue and say what I think the trouble is and provide feedback and explain how they will fix the issue. The prices is always right and the work is perfect! Wonderful place for a woman to take their car and not get (pardon my French) screwed!

Excellent service no matter when I take my car in to be serviced and I like that fact they give you a ride home if you don't have one, this place is GREAT!! I have been doing business with them for close to 20 years and if you're new to Kansas City and ever have car problems, don't hesitate to call them, you won't be disappointed. Job well done at 100%.

LP's is a very reliable, trustworthy mechanic shop. We had issues with our previous mechanic not being able to fix our car, and LP's diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and had it fixed for us at a fraction of the cost. We also wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. We tried to go somewhere closer-- but we came right back.

They have always treated us fairly. You never feel like you are being taken advantage of. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.
