      My name is Michael Mena and I am the Founder and CEO of LiveChat Insurance. Before I started this company I worked as an Insurance Agent for one of the top 4 insurance companies. In my time as an Insurance Agent I've come to realize a few things about the insurance industry. The most important thing I took away from this industry is that you have to build strong relationships with your clients. They need to know that your agency is there for them at the time they need you the most. They need to feel comfortable contacting and speaking to a number of your team members to get their needs taken care of. Most of my clients had a close enough relationship to where they could text message me or my team members to get what they needed at their convenience. The reason for building these strong relationships is to not only offer superior customer service but to also find clients that want to grow with their agent and their agency. I asked myself, how can I help Insurance Agents and their clients build a stronger relationship with each other from the start? The idea of LiveChat Insurance was born. There will initially be two sections to this company. First part, I'll have a basic insurance related form for clients to fill out and THEN have a relationship building conversation with these clients. Now, their future Insurance Agent can get to know them and can relate to them from the beginning! Second part, which was originated from my insurance background, was the idea of referral marketing! Every Insurance Agent has a referral service in place because that is their strongest client! If they can show one client that you offer superior customer service and products then clients will want to spread the word of their agency with their referral plan. This is where LiveChat Insurance's Referral Rewards was originated. I always liked to give back and praise my clients with rewards. It goes a long way! I am dedicated and motivated to put all my efforts into this company and ready to reach out to as many customers as possible! I appreciate the time you've given to reading this, best wishes!
