Integrity Home Care + Hospice helps people stay in their home as long as possible, and provides care for them through many different services. A few hours, a few days, or even a few years - from birth until their final moments, we assist people in navigating their healthcare needs throughout their lifespan and across the programs and sources that help pay for them. We help them understand what care is available and then we do what we do best; we provide it–with unmatched skill, compassion, and integrity. We understand the complexities of our healthcare system. Our team of navigators, advocates and activists have years of experience working with people to find solutions at all phases of their journey, and under all possible circumstances. Whether pre-planning or in crisis, we will work tirelessly to find the services, supports and resources to allow our clients to achieve their care goals and live life on their terms.
