I have been buying my glasses and lenses from insight eyecare at 1518 walnut st Kansas City, mo for years with a positive experience. In December, I decided to get my eyes examined there as well. The staff is wonderful and always has been. My optometrist was wonderful (forgot his name). He spent ample time with me and was explaining the entire process because I ask a lot of questions. I went to pick up my new frames a couple weeks later. I put them on and was shocked. The new script made me feel like I was floating. I expressed my concerns at that time. It just so happened that one of their lee's summit optometrist sitting there. He took the time to check my lens 2 or 3 times. He then reexamined me to make sure the prescribed strength was correct. It was. He told me to give the new lenses 1 week and if it was not okay, to bring them back and they would make changes. His name was Ben. He went out of his way to make sure all was well and I was happy. 2 days later, my new prescription is perfect. Thank you insight eyecare!- Lyla M 1/1/13

This is a small optical office, but I like it because Dr. Fudemberg has been around for many years and he gives you the personal attention, quality care and expertise in determining your eyecare needs. I've also found that I can schedule an appointment at a moments notice, and if necessary Saturday appointments can be made to fit my busy working schedule.
